The care and maintenance of your boat is a critical component to an enjoyable boating experience. Your boat represents not only a sizeable monetary investment but more importantly represents your desire to pursue a rewarding boating lifestyle for you and your family. It is a lifestyle that can only be realized with a boat that performs and operates as hassle free as possible. The Pikes Bay Marina Vessel Service Center is committed to providing you with a Professional Vessel Service Experience.

    We strive to have a knowledgeable professional service staff that has both the commitment and attitude for providing quality vessel service. Timely Service:

    Our goal is to get you back on the water as quickly as possible. Notify us of your problem on Monday and we will strive to have you back on the water by the weekend.Great Communication

    During the service process you will be kept informed of the status of your repair along with any additional service recommendations Doing It right the First Time

    It is a hassle for you and expensive for us to keep coming back to work on the same problem time and time again. We strive to diagnose it and the fix it right the first time.

  • Free Service Slip / Indoor Storage – Keep your boat elsewhere – No Problem – We will provide a free service slip during the time that your boat is being repaired. Come by trailer and we will store your boat inside during the repair process.
     
   


For your convenience our service trailer is located dockside and features full mechanical, electronic and rigging services.
Full service gasoline, diesel and sanitary pump-out are easily accessed at our on water service center.
 
Our 35 ton travel lift and hydraulic trailer can safely accommodate most boats.

Call if you'd like us to inspect your systems before we get into the busy launch season.  If you do it yourself, we can get the impellers, hoses, belts, filters and lubricants you'll need.  Don't forget to order some extra to keep onboard as spares!


MEET THE PBM VESSEL SERVICE STAFF
 


 
Greg Rozier – Service Coordinator
Greg brings an extensive business and customer service background to PBM. In addition to his degree in electrical design he has an 18 year record of team building with exceptional interpersonal and entrepreneurial management skills. In 2012 Greg completed an advanced service management course offered by Spader Business Management. Greg coordinates both the service department along with the overall marina maintenance. He would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your service needs.
Paul Burback – Senior Vessel Service Technician / Shop Foreman
Prior to coming to PBM, Paul spent 12 years at Bayport Marina on the St Croix and brings a vast knowledge of both Big Boat and Five Star Marina experience. Paul is certified as both a Master Mercruiser Inboard Mechanic and as a Master Power Boat Rigger. In addition he has attended dozens of marine tech training schools across the U.S. Paul brings a broad range of diesel engine repair, electronic installation and marine systems repair skill sets along with a high level appreciation for customer service and providing sound advice. Paul is a certified Raymarine installer and in 2012 completed an advanced electronics installation training class. Paul is still a student going for his business and management degrees.


 


 
Aaron Hartzell – Vessel Service Technician
Aaron is a 1997 graduate of the WITC Marine Repair Technician Program. Prior to coming to PBM Aaron worked for 5 years at the Wissota Marina in Chippewa Falls and then 6 years at Crystal Pierz Marine in Rice Lake. Aaron’s advanced training and certifications include: Yamaha Drive Systems, Volvo Penta DP/SX-M Drive Systems, Mercruiser Marine System, OMC Outboard Certification, Skier’s Choice Fiberglass and gel coat repair training, Bombardier Motor Corp and Four Winns – Professional Tech Training Programs. Aaron is a certified Raymarine installer and in 2012 completed an advanced electronics installation training class. In addition Aaron is a certified Con-O-Lift and Marine Travel Lift Operator.
Rick Moey – Vessel Service Technician
Rick grew up working within his family’s marine service business and is a 2009 graduate of the WITC Marine Repair Technician Program. In 2012 Rick graduated from the West System Epoxy training course. This is his fourth season at PBM and is a certified Con-O-Lift and Marine Travel Lift Operator.
